We want every JAX SNAX & THINGZ order to be a slam dunk, but hey—life happens. Whether a snack got banged up in transit or you ordered by accident, we’ve got you covered (within reason, of course). Here’s how we handle the boring but important stuff.

Damaged Snacks? Don’t Toss ‘Em!
If your snacks arrived looking like they had a rough trip, please don’t throw them away! We’ll need photos and the goods to file a claim with the carrier. Follow these simple steps:
1. Snap a few clear pics of the damage and email us. We’ll start a USPS claim and give you a claim number.
2. Bring the damaged items and the claim number to your local post office.
3. Once the carrier approves the claim, we’ll either reship your item or issue a refund—your call!
Only damaged items qualify for a refund.

Product Quality & Workmanship
Here’s the deal: We don’t manufacture the snacks—we just track ‘em down and ship them out so you don’t have to. Most of our goodies come directly from Buc-ee’s shelves (and others from select vendors). While we try our best to only send you top-quality items, we can’t control what happens before they reach us.
What we can promise:

• A real human team that wants you to be happy with your order

Order Delay? Here’s What to Expect
We aim to ship out every order fast and fresh—but sometimes, things go sideways (missing stock, store delays, etc.).
If your order hasn’t shipped within 10 days, you’ll get:
• A heads-up from us with options
• The ability to cancel for a full refund

Stuck in Transit? (We Feel Your Pain)
Shipping delays can happen. If your package is taking forever, here’s our carrier-aligned policy:
• Domestic (USA): If it’s stuck 30+ days (but under 60), you’re eligible for a refund of up to $100 or the value of the order—whichever’s lower.
• International: Refunds only apply if the items return to us in new condition.
• We don’t cover items that spoil or get damaged due to delivery delays.
Want peace of mind? Add shipping insurance at checkout (see below).

Shipping Insurance (Highly Recommended!)
For extra protection, we offer insurance through Navidium. It’s just 5% of your order and covers:
Broken items (due to poor handling)
Lost or stolen items in transit
Insurance does not cover items marked “Delivered” that go missing afterward.
Big order (over $1,000)? Insurance is a must!

Can I Return My Snacks?
Usually no—but sometimes yes! Returns are available if all of these apply:
Item is unused, unopened, and in new condition
Returned within 21 days of delivery
Not on sale or seasonal
Not perishable (no snacks, sorry!)
Located in the U.S.
Approved via email at help@jaxsnaxthingz.com
If approved, we’ll deduct a 15% restocking fee. You can either:
• Use our return label (fee applies), or
• Ship it back on your own
We’ll inspect your return and issue a refund (minus the restocking fee) if it checks out. Washed, worn, or opened items won’t be refunded.

Need a different size or item? We’ll try to help—but exchanges follow the same rules and include:
• 15% restocking fee
• Fees for return and re-shipping
Some items (especially perishable ones or seasonal goodies) are not eligible for exchange.

Order Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? You can cancel before we start packing your order—usually within the first 24 hours.
To cancel:
1. Email us ASAP at help@jaxsnaxthingz.com with your order number
2. If it hasn’t entered the shipping prep phase, we’ll cancel and refund it right away
Once the order is being prepped, we can’t cancel it—but you can still reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
