Here at JAX SNAX & THINGZ, we ship every weekday right out of sunny Jacksonville, Florida! If you’re in a hurry to get your Buc-ee’s faves or rare snack finds, here’s everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and get your goodies to your doorstep.

When Will My Order Ship?
If you place your order before noon (EST) and select Standard or Expedited, chances are we’ll ship it out that same day!
We take weekends and holidays off (because snacks need rest too, and Mondays or busy seasons—like the holidays—can slow us down a bit. But don’t worry—we always prioritize Standard and Expedited orders over Economy.

Shipping Delays (Hey, They Happen)
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s up to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.). About 1% of orders get delayed, so if you need your order in time for a birthday, event, or party, we recommend ordering at least 14 days in advance.
If your order hasn’t arrived in 31 days, we can file a claim and work with the carrier. We’ll do everything we reasonably can to take care of you!

Economy Shipping (Budget-Friendly)
• Takes a little longer—typically 5–7 business days, but could be more
• We may hold your order for 1–2 days to combine shipments and keep delivery costs low
• Once shipped, expect 1–4 days in transit
• Delays? We can only file a claim after 30 days (but before 60)

Standard Shipping (Most Popular)
• Usually USPS Priority or FedEx Ground
• Typically arrives in 1–3 business days (may be longer for outlying areas)
• Claims can be submitted if delayed over 14 days

Expedited Shipping (Fastest)
• Usually FedEx 2-Day or similar
• 95% chance to arrive in 1–2 days
• If it takes longer than 2 days, we can submit a claim

Returned Packages (Wrong Address? Missed Delivery?)
If a package comes back to us because of:
• An incorrect shipping address
• A missed pickup
• Or anything else outside our control…
We’ll give you two options:
1. Reship it (you’ll cover return shipping + reship fee), or
2. Receive a partial refund, minus return shipping + a restocking fee (see our refund policy)
To avoid this, double-check your address before you place your order. We appreciate you working with us to keep things smooth!

Canada Customers
Due to customs complications, we’re not currently shipping to Canada.
But don’t lose hope—contact us at help@jaxsnaxthingz.com if you’re interested, and we’ll see what we can do!

Delays or Backstock
Sometimes things don’t go as planned—damaged items, miscounts, or backstock can cause short delays.
We restock weekly, so most items will ship within a few days if delayed. If not, we’ll reach out with options.

We Reserve the Right to Cancel (But It’s Rare)
Sometimes shipping costs sneak up on us—especially for distant places like Hawaii or Alaska. If the actual cost to ship your order is way higher than the checkout estimate, we may:
• Contact you to pay the difference
• Or cancel the order if that’s easier for you
We don’t do this often—but we run on thin margins and can’t absorb big losses on shipping.
